How should I store my coffee?
Store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark place away from heat, light, and moisture. Avoid refrigeration as it can introduce moisture and odors.
What's the difference between whole bean and ground coffee?
Whole bean coffee stays fresher longer and allows you to grind just before brewing for maximum flavor. Ground coffee offers convenience and is ready to brew immediately.
How fresh is your coffee?
We roast our coffee in small batches once your order is placed and ship it straight to you within days of roasting to ensure peak freshness.

Can I return opened products?
